Trachea- Provides a clear airway for the air to enter
Lungs- Allow your body to take in oxygen
Epiglottis- Prevents food/drink from going down the wrong pipe.
Larynx- Used to breathe, talk, and swallowing
Diaphragm- Helps in respiration
Alveoli- allows oxygen and carbon dioxide to move between the lungs
Bronchi- Where air enters the lungs and is sent to each lung
Bronchioles- Small airways that send the air inside the lung walls.

Breathing Process
-Inhalation
-Gas Exchange
-Oxygen passes into the blood
-Exhalation
-Diaphragm muscles relax which then adds pressure to the chest cavity and forces air into the bronchioles.

How the Respiratory system works with other body systems
- Works with the Nervous System because it controls the breathing rate.
- Works with the Circulatory System because the lungs are where the oxygen is picked up.
- Works with the Immune System because particles and cells in the Respiratory system stimulate it.
